How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on Aruvira Audio, you may submit a notification of claimed infringement to our designated agent.

Your notice must include:

Counter-Notifications

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3), your counter-notice must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, your consent to jurisdiction, and your contact information.
